* The prices quoted are minimum prices and may vary. They apply per apartment per night or per month for single and double occupancy and include the statutory VAT. They apply to business and private stays and include the culture and tourism tax applicable in Hamburg. On presentation of proof of a business stay, this tax can be deducted on site.
In case of official registration with the local authorities, the broadcasting fees are to be paid by the guests themselves.
For stays up to 26 nights, the apartment is cleaned twice a week and the final cleaning is included. For stays of 27 nights or more, the apartment is cleaned once a week and the final cleaning is charged additionally.
The first month´s rent or, for shorter stays, the entire booking period must be paid in advance. Further months are due for payment monthly in advance. A credit card is required as a guarantee for all bookings. Declarations of cost absorption on the booking company´s business paper with indication of a credit card for guarantee and monthly advance payment by bank transfer or credit card can be accepted by prior arrangement.
For international guests and stays longer than 3 months, a landlord´s confirmation of residence can be issued on arrival if required by prior arrangement. For guests registered in Germany this is possible for stays from 6 months.
Pets can be accepted by prior arrangement. A one-off charge of EUR 25.00 per pet per stay will be made for bringing along a pet.
Larger apartments are available for short-term stays on request.
The house has special offers with reduced services for student stays (with appropriate proof).
