About the accommodation

Since July 2021, the second Vienna house of SMARTments business is located in Vienna Heiligenstadt. Located directly on the Heilgenstadt subway, you can quickly reach the city centre and numerous sights such as the Barockschloss, the Wiener Prater or the Hundertwasserhaus. Right next to the serviced apartments there is a supermarket and a wide selection of gastronomic offers. The 166 studios and studios XL have a double bed with a width of 1.60-2.00m, a fully equipped kitchenette with Nespresso machine, kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator.
