For these stays the apartment cleaning is included once a week and the final cleaning is included. For stays from 28 nights the first monthly rent and a deposit of EUR 1,000.00 must be paid up to five days before arrival. The apartment will be cleaned fortnightly. If required, the house will provide a landlord´s confirmation of residence ("WGB") on the day of arrival for stays of 1 month and more. Payment with American Exspress is not possible. The Minimun stay is 3 nights.

The tram stops in front of the door of this new building and the exhibition- and event centre "Motorworld" is directly in the neighbourhood.
