* Contracts start from Monday to Friday, in the weekdays only and contract can be ended on Sunday. A contactless check-in or check-out is possible at any time during this period.

A one-off administration fee of EUR 249 applies. Rates are valid for 1 person. For occupancy of 2 persons, an additional EUR 230 per month will be charged.

A deposit is only due for stays of 4 to 6 months or more. There is no deposit for stays of one to three months.

It is possible to register with local authorities. The landlord's confirmation of residence ("WGB") will be provided. After registration the broadcasting fee has to be paid by the guest.

For stays of several months, the first month's rent is due upon confirmation of the booking, with further payment monthly in advance. Cost absorption declarations on the business paper of the booking company can be accepted after prior agreement and with payment monthly in advance.
