* The mentioned rates are indicative, only. They are valid per night and apartment for up to two persons, including the statutory VAT. For additional guests a supplement of EUR 5.00 - 20.00 per night will be charged (depending on the length of stay). Children between 3 and 18 years will get a discount of 75 %, children up to 3 years stay free of charge. During trade fair, public holidays and event periods higher rates may apply. Underground parking spaces are available on request and upon availability. The use of the washing machine in the apartment can be booked monthly for EUR 45.00.

The city of Leipzig charges a city tax of EUR 3.00 per person per night. This is due on site in addition to the booked services. For stays of 3 months or more, a landlord´s confirmation of residence can be issued on site if required.

The Elster Lofts Leipzig are located in the southwest of Leipzig´s inner city, directly at the water shore. The 26 comfortable loft serviced apartments are part of the traditional "Buntgarnwerke" which is the biggest industrial memorial in Germany. You can select from 5 different kinds of Serviced Apartments between 60-110 sqm in order to find something convenient for you. The loft apartments include a full equipped kitchen, a bath, a guest lavatory with shower as well as sufficient working places. From the high windows you can enjoy the beautiful view over Leipzig. Recovery you can find in the Clara-Zetkin-Park, only 5 minutes away. For a convenient stay we can offer you a lot of useful services.
