They are valid per apartment per night for 1 or 2 persons and, where possible, for 3 persons including statutory VAT as well as the broadcasting fees. In case of a residence registration, the broadcasting fees are to be paid by the guest himself. The maximum stay is 179 nights, after which a temporary move-out of at least one week is required. For the provision of kitchen equipment, a deposit of EUR 100.00 is to be paid upon arrival, which will be refunded upon proper return. For hygienic reasons, some kitchen items cannot be provided on loan. It is possible to purchase them on site, depending on your needs. For stays up to 28 nights the final cleaning is included, after that it will be charged additionally depending on the length of stay. It is not possible to provide a landlord´s confirmation of residence. Declarations of cost absorption with indication of a credit card can be accepted after prior arrangement. Payment must be made in advance or monthly in advance for longer stays. Dogs can be accepted by prior arrangement, cats are not allowed.

From January 1, 2024, the city of Hanover will levy a city tax, a so-called “indirect tax”. This must be paid on site at the hotel.
