* The prices listed are minimum prices and may vary. They apply per month per apartment for single and, if possible, double occupancy and include the statutory VAT and broadcasting fees.
The listed prices are valid for apartments located on the lower floors facing the street without balcony or terrace. Apartments with balcony or terrace, facing the courtyard or located from the 4th floor upwards can be booked for an additional surcharge (balcony EUR 100.00 per month, facing the courtyard EUR 50.00 per month, located from the 4th floor EUR 50.00 per month).
The categories Young Urban, Studio S and Business Superior do not have a separate bed, here a sofa bed is available. In the Gallery apartments, the bed is on a second level.
For private stays, the Frankfurt City Tax of EUR 2.00 per day and person will be charged additionally. Business stays are exempt from this with appropriate proof in advance.
An additional rental agreement from the apartment house has to be signed.
A security deposit of EUR 1,110.00 is to be paid in advance and will be refunded after proper departure.
Payment is made monthly in advance by bank transfer, preferably via direct debit.
The minimum stay is 28 nights, the maximum stay is 180 nights.
Rentals in this house are only possible by the calendar month, i.e. only from the 1st of a month until the 30th or 31st of a month or from the 15th of a month until the 14th of a month. Contactless check-in and check-out is possible at any time during this period. If the departure date falls on a weekend, the Friday before is considered the departure date so that the handover can take place with the property management staff. If the day of departure were to fall on a public holiday, then departure must take place on the day before.
For stays of 1 month or more, a landlord´s confirmation of residence can be issued on site if required.
Bedding, bed linen and towels are not provided in the apartments. Rental is available upon request from the concierge for an extra charge. If linen and towels are rented, they will be changed during the apartment cleaning. If guests bring their own linen and towels, there is no change during the stay.
The kitchens in the apartments are not equipped with cutlery, dishes, cooking utensils etc.. It is possible to purchase these items in a package from the concierge if required.
