Business stays can be exempted from City Tax with appropriate proof in advance. For stays up to 29 nights a daily apartment cleaning, a weekly change of linen and towels and the final cleaning are included. For stays from 30 nights a weekly cleaning is included, the final cleaning will be charged with EUR 70.00. There is a deposit of EUR 500.00 required, payable in advance or upon arrival. In case of a booking by a German company with a declaration to bear the costs the apartment house may abstain from the deposit.

Dogs are allowed to stay here by prior arrangement and for an extra fee, cats are not accepted. A landlord´s confirmation of residence can be issued on site by prior arrangement for stays of 6 months or more.
