* The rates quoted are minimum prices and may vary. They apply per month per apartment for single occupancy and include statutory VAT and incidental costs. The broadcasting fee must be paid by the residents additionally. Occupancy with 2 persons is possible in very few apartments only and therefore only available on request. An extra charge of EUR 200.00 per month applies. Disabled-friendly apartments can only be booked on presentation of the certificate of disability.

The rental contracts are concluded for a maximum of 12 months. The apartment rent is payable monthly in advance. Renting always starts on the 1st of a month, the actual moving in can take place at a later date.

Cleaning of the apartment during the stay is not included. Intermediate cleaning can be booked for a fee on request.
