* These prices are minimum prices which may vary. They are valid per night per apartment for single occupancy and include statutory VAT and broadcasting fees. In case of an official residence registration, the broadcasting fees are to be paid by the guests themselves. For stays up to 6 nights an additional accommodation tax is charged on privately induced stays in the amount of 5 % of the apartment rate. Business trips are exempt from payment against appropriate proof in advance. The minimum stay is 14 nights, the maximum length of stay is 184 nights. A deposit of EUR 150.00 for stays up to 27 nights or EUR 300.00 for stays of 28 nights or more is required in advance and will be refunded after departure. Payment is due in advance and for longer stays monthly in advance. Declarations of cost absorption can be accepted by prior arrangement with the inclusion of a credit card. For stays from 14 nights the apartment house does provide a landlord´s confirmation of residence ("WGB") upon arrival if required after prior agreement. Pets (dogs and cats) are welcome by prior arrangement.
