* The prices mentioned are minimum prices and are valid per night per apartment, including the staturoy VAT and the broadcasting fee plus City Tax for private stays. The rates are valid for single occupancy as well as for double occupancy. Higher rates may be charged during trade fairs, events and holidays. There is also a deposit of EUR 200.00, which must be paid before arrival. The minimum stay is 7 nights. The first month´s rent, or in the case of short-term stays, the total amount of the first 7 nights, must be paid in advance or at the latest upon arrival. A landlord´s confirmation of residence ("WGB") can be issued for stays of 21 nights or more.
