An additional EUR 5.00 per night will be charged for a second person for stays up to 27 nights and EUR 150.00 per month for stays of 28 nights or more. Prices may vary during trade fairs, public holidays and in the high season. Broadcasting fees are not included and must be paid additionally by the guests. For stays up to 27 nights, the total amount must be paid in advance and credit card details must be provided at the time of booking. For these stays, intermediate cleaning is done every 2 days and final cleaning is included. For stays of 28 nights or more, the first month's rent and a deposit of EUR 1,000.00 must be paid up to five days before arrival. The intermediate cleaning takes place every 14 days. For stays of one month or more, the house will issue a landlord's certificate on the day of arrival if required.

About the accommodation

The opening of the new capital city airport is giving wings to the southeast of Berlin. The location at BER is perfectly connected: The terminal, the city and the main train station can be reached very easily and quickly by public transport. Our location even has its own bus stops and public bus lines in operation. There is also a public parking garage available.

The newly opened airport offers a variety of shopping opportunities, a large REWE supermarket and a large food court with various gastronomic concepts. But also, services like hairdresser, car rental, car sharing or a medical center are located at the airport. The ipartment location is only a few minutes away and can be reached by car, public transport and with the own e-scooters in a few minutes.
