The apartment rent has to be paid at the latest upon arrival, for stays of several months the first month´s rent is due until arrival, further payments are required monthly in advance.

For stays up to 29 nights the daily apartment cleaning is included, the change of linen is done twice a week. For stays longer than 30 nights, the apartment cleaning and change of linen once a week is included.

The apartment house can provide a landlord´s confirmation of residence when staying 30 nights or longer.

The Smart, Superior, Deluxe and Executive categories are primarily for shorter stays, while the Cozy, Studio, Studio with Balcony, Urban and Living categories are for stays of 30 nights or more.
