For stays up to 27 nights, the total amount must be paid in advance and credit card details must be provided at the time of booking. For these stays, intermediate cleaning is done every 2 days and final cleaning is included. For stays of 28 nights or more, the first month's rent and a deposit of EUR 1,000.00 must be paid up to five days before arrival. The intermediate cleaning takes place every 14 days. For stays of one month or more, the house will issue a landlord's certificate on the day of arrival if required

Cancellation policy

Stays between 1 and 6 nights can be cancelled free of charge up to 1 day before arrival. In the event of later cancellation or no-show or earlier departure, 100% of the total price will be charged. Stays of 7 to 27 nights can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. Thereafter, in the event of no-show or earlier departure, 100 % of the booked services will be charged. For stays of 28 nights or more, the reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. In the event of later cancellation or no-show, 100% of the total price will be charged. An early departure can be cancelled free of charge if this is announced 4 weeks before the end of the month. If the minimum stay is not observed, the rate will be increased retroactively.
