* The prices quoted are minimum prices and may vary. They are valid per night per apartment for single and double occupancy and include the statutory VAT. City tax is not included and has to be paid additionally. This is calculated in Amsterdam as follows: 7 % of the apartment price per apartment per night is payable for the entire stay and EUR 3.00 per person per night is charged for the first 21 nights of the stay. Payment is possible by credit card. For stays up to 27 nights a deposit of 25 % of the total reservation will be charged 72 hours prior to arrival. If you book less than 72 hours in advance, the deposit is charged upon booking your reservation. The remainder of the balance is payable upon arrival/check-in.
For stays from 28 nights a deposit of 25 % of the total reservation will be charged 7 days prior to arrival. If you book less than 7 days in advance, the deposit is charged upon booking your reservation. The remainder of the balance is payable upon arrival/check-in. For stays of serveral months further payment is due monthly in advance. Maximum stay is 1 year.
