Why did you book your serviced apartment last time? Did you use the kitchen? What is important to you about serviced apartments in general?
After 2018, Apartmentservice is currently conducting another large survey among guests of serviced apartments. The focus will be on the current reasons for booking serviced apartments as well as wishes and expectations.
‘Serviced Apartments have become much better known since the pandemic, and guest groups and travel motives have become more diverse - so with our survey we want to find out whether the wishes and expectations of this form of accommodation have also changed and how the current offer meets them," says Anett Gregorius, owner of Apartmentservice. The Berlin native founded the company over 20 years ago as the first booking portal in this sector. It currently offers serviced apartments from more than 400 partner properties for short and long stays, primarily for business travellers, but also for leisure travellers, in Germany and worldwide.
Results of the SO!APART congress
Apartmentservice also advises operators and investors on the development of new properties and for many years has organised the SO!APART congress as the most important event in the serviced apartment sector in the German-speaking countries - including awards for the best apartment concepts of the year. Among other things, the results of the guest survey will be presented at the congress on 20/21 November 2024.
